The Entrepreneurship Centre offers legal consultations for technology
entrepreneurs. During these consultations, a specialized legal professional
will provide guidance in one or more of the following areas:
- Intellectual property protection and variances
- Shareholder and non-disclosure agreements
- Legal financing issues: Obtaining funds, and regulations pertaining to securities
- Employer/employee issues with respect to confidentiality, non-competition
and technology ownership
- General information about incorporation for technology start-ups
Appointments are 45 minutes in length and are scheduled subject to the availability of the professional advisors.
