Consultation Request

Carleton University students interested in obtaining information specific to entrepreneurship and innovation are invited to complete the form below. Submitted requests will be reviewed by OCRI and the student will be contacted within a reasonable time period (3 days). Please note that a consultation may not be necessary for a submitted request. In this case, OCRI may respond by providing useful Web links to online documents and information resources.

Consultations will take place on-site at Carleton University, Mackenzie (ME) Building, Room 4370 on the 3rd thursday of every month, between the hours of 11:00am through 3:00pm. You will be contacted by email to arrange a scheduled consultation, please promptly notify the OCRI contact person.
